HoReCa - Cafes, restaurants, hotels
Together with Coffeedesk we launched in autumn 2024 the first line in Polish specialty coffee at this scale: Holistic Cacao and Faster Brew — coffee and cacao with functional mushrooms. Globally, the mushroom coffee category is growing from 3.23 billion USD in 2025 to a projected 5.56 billion USD by 2035 [Precedence Research 2025]. In Poland most mushroom propositions on cafe menus are still a novelty, and the extracts offered by cafes are far from premium. We work the other way round: fruiting-body extract, standardised on β-glucans. A HoReCa customer who knows coffee profiles sees that difference from day one.

Aloha Fungi grew out of the therapeutic practice of Mateusz Rosa, an international TCM therapist with the Doctor of Acupuncture Level A certificate issued by WFAS and 8 years of clinical work with patients. We work with integrative-medicine doctors, TCM therapists, naturopaths, dietitians, physiotherapists and clinics that want to recommend a raw material or product with a documented profile — and a documented supplier — to their patients.

Quality that doesn't need to shout. Most mushroom brands compete on a number on the label: 30%, 8%, 50%, 10:1. The more we understand how extracts really come to be, the less we want to enter that race.
A word from the founder
„Aloha Fungi grew out of my therapeutic practice, but I quickly realised that passion for mushrooms alone isn't enough. Quality starts long before the label: with the strain, the substrate, the fruiting-body maturation time, the moment of harvest and the extraction method. That's why we created two lines: PRIME for those looking for a strong, concentrated extract, and LONGEVITY as a gentler form of everyday supplementation, combining 50% extract and 50% powdered fruiting body. We work exclusively with fruiting-body extracts, test every batch, and we don't want to build a brand on promises that the quality of the raw material can't back up. For me, on the quality side, Aloha Fungi has one job: to make products I want to use myself.”

For bulk raw material, the MOQ is from 1 kg for most available extracts; selected species or forms may start at 5 kg. White label: from 500 units or 25,000 capsules. Private label: from 1,000 units or 50,000 capsules. Technological samples of 50 g and 100 g are available to companies with an active VAT/EIN ID; details are confirmed individually.
Yes. Every batch comes with a COA, which we send together with the shipment or share earlier on request.
Pesticides: multi-residue panel covering over 500 parameters. Heavy metals: ICP-MS. Microbiology: EU pharmacopoeia standards. Species-specific tests: beta-glucans by Megazyme K-YBGL, ganoderic acids by HPLC.
No. We sell extracts from fruiting bodies. Mycelium is offered separately and only from controlled liquid fermentation — no grain substrate.
Bulk raw material: 2-4 weeks. White label: 3-5 weeks. Private label: 6-12 weeks from graphic approval. Custom projects: 6-12 weeks. Final timing depends on batch availability, packaging and additional testing.
