Together with Coffeedesk we launched in autumn 2024 the first line in Polish specialty coffee at this scale: Holistic Cacao and Faster Brew — coffee and cacao with functional mushrooms. Globally, the mushroom coffee category is growing from 3.23 billion USD in 2025 to a projected 5.56 billion USD by 2035 [Precedence Research 2025]. In Poland most mushroom propositions on cafe menus are still a novelty, and the extracts offered by cafes are far from premium. We work the other way round: fruiting-body extract, standardised on β-glucans. A HoReCa customer who knows coffee profiles sees that difference from day one.
Aloha Fungi grew out of the therapeutic practice of Mateusz Rosa, an international TCM therapist with the Doctor of Acupuncture Level A certificate issued by WFAS and 8 years of clinical work with patients. We work with integrative-medicine doctors, TCM therapists, naturopaths, dietitians, physiotherapists and clinics that want to recommend a raw material or product with a documented profile — and a documented supplier — to their patients.

Aloha Fungi works with FMCG brands on the formulation side: chocolates, pralines, protein bars, energy bars, granolas, ice cream, functional flours, savoury snacks. We match the extract to the flavour profile, the technological form (dry, fat-based, water-based) and the production conditions (temperature, time, pH).
Raw material for cosmetics has different requirements than raw material for supplements: microbiological testing, INCI declaration, allergen control and, in some cases, EC 1223/2009 and cosmetic-market authorisation. We help set up the whole process from A to Z.
Quality that doesn't need to shout. Most mushroom brands compete on a number on the label: 30%, 8%, 50%, 10:1. The more we understand how extracts really come to be, the less we want to enter that race.
MOQ depends on species, form and product. For bulk powder we typically start from 5 kg; for finished capsules with your label we start from 25,000 capsules. Technological samples of 50 g and 100 g are usually available free of charge.

No. We sell extracts from fruiting bodies. Mycelium is offered separately and only from controlled liquid fermentation — no grain substrate.
